Do beneficial nematodes kill the un-beneficial nematodes that are possibbly in the garden?

I know they kill like 230 kinds of critters, but are the nasty nematodes in that list?

They used to, but since Obama signed the “Nematode Peace Accord of 2009″, they are no longer allowed.
